PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE QUALITY CONTROL
I have successfully managed and completed multi-million dollar tracking solar projects for ENGIE at Sanger Kingsburg Fowler Reclamation Plant. While on-site I also served as the Corporate Quality Assurance and Safety Officer.
I have successfully managed and completed multi-million dollar tracking solar projects for Sun Edison at various California Correctional Institutions. While on-site I also served as the Corporate Quality Assurance and Safety Officer.
I have successfully managed and completed hundreds of multi-million-dollar projects for Allright Construction, Inc., Allright Diversified, Inc., General Electric Corp. (Modular Space Division), Mauldin-Dorfmeier Construction, Inc., Braun Electric, Roper IBG and Thor Electric.
All projects were successfully completed on time or before the designated completion date for a completion bonus. Most projects included significant change orders in addition to the original contract amount. Construction Projects included Army Corps of Engineers Projects, NAVFAC projects, Federal Military Installation Projects; Veterans Administration Projects; various projects in numerous Counties across California for Police, Sheriffs, and Fire Departments; various projects in numerous Cities and Municipalities for Police and Fire Departments; and other private construction projects.
In addition to heavy civil and government construction projects I also successfully completed and managed ex-patriot electrical construction and service and national training for: J Ray McDermott Corp.; OPI; and OSTI. All of these companies contracted with Chevron Oil in Nigeria for Construction, Repair and Service, Offshore Oil Exploration, Drilling and Production. I successfully trained and supervised teams of Nationals as well as an Ex-Patriot team of Electricians on numerous Exploration, Drilling and Production Platforms. These teams were responsible for all electrical production and maintenance for Turbines, Generators and Motors as well as the lower voltage electrical to run lights, stoves, etc.

I have successfully served as President of Electric Communications, Inc. (a multimillion dollar corporation managing government contracts). While at this company we successfully managed numerous contracts in the millions of dollars and were number one on several contracts managed in California.

2001 to present I hold an ICBO/ICC Building Inspector Certification. Since 1998 I have served as a special inspector for compaction, construction, steal, rebar, anchors, concrete, masonry, grounding systems, welding sample and testing of soil, aggregate, asphalt and concrete.
As an inspector I have served as a special inspector for all the projects with CTECAL, UES, Allright Construction, Inc., Allright Diversified, Inc., General Electric Corp., Krazan and Associates and CTE. Being a Certified Building Inspection gave added credibility to all the companies that I worked for and enabled said companies to eliminate extra costs that would have been incurred while contracting for outside inspection service.
Currently with CTECAL at Travis AFB inspecting the new runways and will continuee there till 2026.

As acting electrical engineer, I have successfully participated in the remodeled of Hanger 5 and will be building Hanger 6 (NAS Lemoore, CA) for the new F35C Stealth Strike Fighter Jet. I oversee all other electrical projects on the Base.
